1. To re-compile the source file, the followings are required:
1.1 Visual Studio 20081.2 Windows Azure SDK Nov 2009 Edition
1.3 ASP.NET MVC1
2. To deploy directly to Windows Azure Hosting Account:
2.1 Go to ".\MICSG@Azure 200911061110\MICSG@Azure\bin\Debug\Publish"2.2 Key in values of Hosting account name and shared key
2.3 Key in the Bing developer ID obtained from Bing developer center
2.4 Upload the package and the config file to Windows Azure Hosting Account
